To place an order click here to contact us and you could have the instrument of your dreams, hand crafted especially for you within ten weeks (standard models) .

The Process:

Most of our basses are made especially for their new owners to their exact specifications. The process that takes around ten weeks depending upon the complexity of the specification, and works like this:

1) Specification
You get in touch and tell us about your preferences, and together we will create the specification for your ideal bass.

2) Deposit
Since every instrument is created especially for its new owner, we ask for a 50% deposit up front. We apologise but unfortunately this is not refundable due to our commitment of time and materials should the order be cancelled by the customer. However of course, if we are unable to complete the order for our own reasons we will refund the deposit in full.

3) Progress reports
Whilst we lovingly hand-craft your new bass, we send you regular updates – this includes photographs and descriptions of the bass being constructed.

4) Delivery
Usually, within ten weeks you can either collect the instrument from our workshop, or we can arrange delivery using our preferred courier (we do require the balance and shipping costs to be cleared before releasing any instruments).

Payments can be made by cheque, bankers draft or via direct bank transfer.

If you need an instrument in a hurry:

We carry a number of part completed four, five and six string models in stock, and we are able to tweak these to your requirements, as long as this is reasonably close to our standard specification in a shorter time frame than it takes to create an instrument wholly from scratch. Please contact us for information on models that we can prepare quickly if you need a bass in a hurry.

Ongoing support:

Once you have received your instrument, we are happy to provide advice and support via email. We put a lot of care and love into every instrument, so it is always a pleasure to hear back from our owners and how they are getting on with their bass.

Trying before you buy…

We usually have available a number of four, five and six string models together with fretless fours available for you to try before investing in your bespoke instrument. Also, for your convenience we always try to have at least one Standard left hand Caldera available for demonstration.
